I’m Rachel, a 22-year-old from Vienna, born and raised in a Jewish family, with a little linkage to the history that comes with it. But, like so many others my age, I’m finding myself at a crossroads, unsure of what my next steps should be.

After finishing school, I imagined that life would naturally fall into place, but instead, I’ve been left with more questions than answers. And that’s okay.

This stage of life is all about exploration, self-discovery, and, sometimes, feeling completely lost. I’m embracing that uncertainty, even if it feels a little overwhelming at times. I’ve been thinking a lot about Israel lately—a place that’s always felt significant to me, even from a distance. I’m considering taking a trip there, not just to explore the country, but to explore myself, my roots, and what they might mean for my future.

I’m not sure if I’ll end up starting a BA, finding a career path, or simply soaking in the experiences of travel and connection. What I do know is that I’m ready to step out of my comfort zone, challenge myself, and see where the journey takes me. My Instagram is where I’ll document that journey—the highs and lows, the moments of clarity, and the inevitable confusion that comes with trying to figure out what you want from life.
